About Us
Your
Partner and Guide
Dr. Taji Karim-Reisch is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). That means she’s a mental health professional who provides counseling to overcome mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Dr. Taji believes in compassion in action. Her true passion is helping people solve real-world problems with compassion and positivity. She sees her role as a partner and guide who’s ready to meet you where you are and walk with you on your journey to a happier, more fulfilling life!

Dr. Taji’s
North Star
Dr. Taji’s father’s name was Tara. He suffered from severe post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after the Vietnam War. Dr. Taji observed the destruction of unmanaged mental health and how the lack of quality services affected her father. This experience motivated Dr. Taji to become a social worker.
In Indian countries, “Tara” means “star.” Dr. Taji’s North Star, inspired by her father, is the firm belief that healing is possible. She looks forward to helping you understand the underlying causes of what’s holding you back, overcome obstacles, chart a path forward, and achieve positive change that brings you peace and contentment.
